The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fine dining environment. As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service, showcasing your knowledge of the menu, wine list and ensuring that every detail is attended to. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, including daily specials. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining a high level of service. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any needs or concerns promptly. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely preparation of orders. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment. Requirements Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance guest experiences. Must be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages as needed.
