Barback/Busser Wanted for Social Room Social Room 1916 Harrison Street, Hollywood, FL 33020 Job Overview Social Room is looking for a dedicated and energetic Barback/Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As a Barback/Busser, you will play a crucial role in supporting bartenders by ensuring the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and thrive in a collaborative atmosphere within the food service and hospitality industry. Duties Assist bartenders by restocking supplies such as liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and glassware. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glasses and cleaning surfaces. Help prepare drinks and serve customers when necessary. Communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth operations. Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or needs to management. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and assisting them as needed. Support catering events or special functions as required. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
