Deliver impeccable customer service High level of service metrics, service standards and etiquette High level of beverage knowledge including wine, sake, beer, spirits and cocktails Ability to pair food with cocktails, wine, beer and all beverage offerings utilizing tasting notes and complimentary flavors High level of food knowledge as it pertains to preparations, allergens, modifications, explanations of ingredients and spiels Ability to evaluate guest satisfaction and be responsive Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol Inventory, cleaning, prepping, polishing duties Maintain clean work environment
