As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, decorating desserts, engaging with patrons, and ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a bartender is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, patient, and extroverted personality. Must be at least 21 years old. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Decorate desserts according to recipes and customer preferences with attention to detail. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and extroverted demeanor. Communicate effectively with customers and team members. Stay calm and composed under pressure, especially during busy hours. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Stay updated on drink trends, cocktail recipes, and menu changes to enhance guest experience. Skills Previous experience in a nightclub or restaurant setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices accurately. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Experience in fine dining establishments is a plus but not required.
