• we bring passion and positivity to everything we do Main Duties Your key responsibilities will include: Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality in every drink Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders, making recommendations, and providing information about the menu offerings Create innovative and visually appealing cocktails using fresh ingredients, house-made syrups, and premium spirits, following Etaru’s recipes and standards Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including bar tools, glassware, and garnishes, in compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards Monitor inventory levels of beverages, ingredients, and supplies, and communicate any shortages or replenishment needs to the bar manager or supervisor What We Look For Our ideal candidate embodies our values and the following: A genuine love for culinary experiences & a passion for Japanese cuisine A natural team player who is at home working in sync with a large team Naturally friendly, customer-oriented, and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences Previous experience as a Bartender in a high volume, high-end restaurant, hotel, bar, or hospitality establishment preferred Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required Benefits We offer incredible career growth, international opportunities, and the chance to contribute to a world-renowned brand, where every detail from the finest ingredients to our unrivalled atmosphere is crafted to perfection.
