The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for restocking to management. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Provide excellent hospitality by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Skills Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems. Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. Time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
