Lauderhill, FL 33311 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including cocktails, wines, and food pairings to enhance the dining experience. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils, restocking supplies, and disposing of waste properly. Assist in catering events or banquets as needed, providing high-quality service in fine dining settings. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred; knowledge of fine dining service is a plus. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality. Proficient in math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are required.
