Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Education Welcome guests and create an inviting tasting room experience Share detailed knowledge of our meads, ingredients, and brewing process Guide customers through tastings and recommend pairings Craft Beverage Service Accurately pour and serve mead and wine with attention to quality and presentation Maintain clean, well-stocked bar and tasting areas Uphold responsible alcohol service at all times Sales & Membership Support Upsell bottles, merchandise, and exclusive/seasonal offerings Promote and assist with enrollments in The Lab membership program Operate POS system, manage tabs, and process transactions accurately Event & Brand Experience Support or lead tasting events, member nights, and special releases Set up and break down bar and event setups Represent Brewlihan with professionalism at on- and off-site events Operations & Compliance Open and close the bar with attention to cleanliness and accuracy Follow all state/local alcohol service laws and company safety protocols Verify IDs and manage intoxication professionally Team Collaboration Work closely with production, sales, and marketing to deliver an exceptional guest experience Share customer feedback with the team to support continuous improvement Help teammates during high-volume hours and maintain a positive attitude Ideal Candidate Passionate about craft beverages, especially mead, wine, or fermented products Strong interpersonal and communication skills Previous bartending or tasting room experience preferred Must be 21+ and eligible to serve alcohol in the state Available evenings, weekends, and for occasional events Perks Discounts on mead and merchandise Access to exclusive releases and events Growth opportunities in a fast-growing craft brand Fun, dynamic team culture rooted in creativity and quality
