Event Server/Bartender Hugh’s Culinary Oakland Park, FL 33334 Overview We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders/Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the party’s atmosphere and contributing to the overall success of our events. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with guests to provide excellent service and create a welcoming atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the event space, including equipment and supplies. Collaborate with other team members/management to ensure event success. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain compliance with health standards. Experience Previous experience as a bartender or server or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred. Familiarity with bar equipment, drink recipes, and cocktail preparation techniques for bartending candidates. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy shifts. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
