The ideal candidates will have exceptional guest service skills and a strong understanding of fine dining etiquette. As a Fine Dining Server or Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a warm, engaging presence — all within a polished setting that includes a touch of late-night entertainment energy. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and promptly present menus with full knowledge and enthusiasm Take food and beverage orders accurately using the handheld POS system Provide detailed descriptions of menu items and make personalized recommendations Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks with impeccable presentation Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following proper procedures Pre-set and Re-set tables and maintain cleanliness and readiness throughout service Promptly address guest inquiries and concerns to ensure a seamless experience Suggest beverage pairings and upsell items when appropriate Adhere to food safety standards and health regulations at all times Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH teams to maintain service flow Stay informed about menu changes, specials, and wine pairings Experience & Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality service, preferably in fine dining Proficiency in POS systems Strong interpersonal and communication skills; guest-focused demeanor Sound knowledge of food safety practices Sales-oriented with the ability to confidently promote menu items Wine knowledge and proper service etiquette are required Prior steakhouse experience is a plus Join our team where your passion for hospitality and service will truly shine!
