Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all guests at the bar and in the dining room Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar, workstations, glassware, and tools at all times Set up and break down the bar daily, ensuring all stations are stocked and organized for service Assist with restocking beer, wine, liquor, mixers, and supplies throughout the shift Ensure compliance with all responsible alcohol service laws and company policies Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment and help drive repeat business Support service staff with drink orders efficiently and in the correct sequence Handle transactions and manage tabs accurately using the POS system Monitor bar inventory levels and communicate needs to management Assist in training and mentoring new bar staff when needed Communicate with management regarding guest concerns or service issues promptly

Requirements:

Must be 21 years or older At least 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or bar Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays Must have reliable transportation Comfortable standing for long periods and using stairs frequently (bar is located on the second floor) Must meet all state and local alcohol service requirements Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Benefits for
