The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment, whether in a restaurant or nightclub setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating delightful beverages, ensuring cleanliness, and enhancing the overall guest experience. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, including equipment and utensils. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking orders, and making recommendations. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Operate cash registers accurately while processing payments and handling cash transactions. Assist with bussing tables as needed to maintain a clean dining environment. Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards. Upsell menu items and special promotions to enhance the guest experience. Qualifications Previous experience in a bartending role or food service is preferred; experience in a nightclub setting is a plus. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
