Server/Bartender Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for taking patrons orders, passing Uber/Doordash tickets to kitchen, preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems efficiently
• Adhere to all food safety standards and regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Create unique drink recipes and specials to enhance the menu offerings
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after service

Skills:

• Experience in bartending, preferably in a fine dining or upscale environment
• Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate cash handling
• Knowledge of retail math for inventory management
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Understanding of food safety guidelines and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with banquet or event bartending is advantageous
