The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your ability to engage with guests and deliver outstanding service will contribute to the overall atmosphere of our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including sanitizing work surfaces and equipment. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries or requests. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area as needed. Utilize Aloha POS system for processing orders and managing transactions efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food items served alongside beverages. Promote sales through knowledge of menu items, specials, and upselling techniques. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages. Requirements Previous experience in bartending or related culinary roles is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests in a busy environment. Familiarity with restaurant operations, including knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated during busy shifts. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
