Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, ensuring compliance with legal drinking age regulations. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting low stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Participate in special events or catering services as needed, showcasing your bartending skills. Skills Proficient in bartending techniques, including mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. Strong knowledge of preparation and beverage presentation. Excellent guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in banquet serving and setup required.
