The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Assist with banquet services and catering events as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours. Skills Prior Bartending experience is required. Proficient in food handling techniques and safety protocols. Experience in banquet service and catering is a plus. Strong background in the food industry with knowledge of various beverages. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems. Excellent math skills for managing cash transactions accurately. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
