The Block Jax is a new facility featuring a food/event hall, dog park and Kanine Social daycare and boarding. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology/craft beer and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests and pups alike! Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their orders. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices. Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender is a must. Strong knowledge of craft beer, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Ability to manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment. Must possess strong communication skills and be able to work well within a team.
