Bartender Midtown Table 5016 Gate Parkway, Jacksonville, FL 32256 Midtown Table is the latest venture in the Medure Brothers Culinary Concepts’ portfolio, serving Italian-inspired lunch, dinner, Sunday brunch and craft cocktails. Fresh milled wheat is used to create breads, pasta, and pizza, all crafted by hand. Primary Responsibilities:
Be a brand ambassador, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests Coordinate food orders with kitchen staff for bar guests Build a rapport with regular guests to keep them coming back Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Verify identification and age requirements of guests Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions using a POS system Take pride in keeping the bar area clean, sanitized, and stocked Contribute to an overall positive and collaborative environment
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous bartender experience 3-5 years Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks Skilled at making and developing craft cocktails Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness Basic food safety understanding and practice Hardworking with a positive and upbeat attitude Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced work environment Food Handler Certification a plus and will be required within 60 days of hire
