Essential Functions:

Performs opening and closing duties for the bar and lounge area to include stocking bar, maintaining sanitation guidelines, and setting up hors d’ oeuvres for happy hour Prepares and courteously serves residents and guests beverages and closes out tickets as drinks are served. Is responsible for ensuring that all tickets have a correct signature on them Notify Dir. of LE or any malfunctioning bar equipment The ability to work in a safe and alert manner The ability to take ownership for associate’s safety and the safety of the residents Must disclose any medication that might impair associate’s ability to perform the job safely or competently.
