The initial two-week training period will encompass all front-of-house roles, including bartender, server, and hostess, in addition to training on pool etiquette. – Keeping Legends Billiards sparkling and welcoming is key in this roll. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring the front of house is always well-stocked, assisting servers to maintain a tidy floor, and running both the front and back-of-house automatic dishwashers, among other duties.
