The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Experience in the food and beverage industry is essential, as well as familiarity with various POS systems. Responsibilities
BILINGUAL
is required(spanish, english) Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage inventory by restocking supplies as needed and keeping track of product levels. Handle cash and process transactions accurately using POS systems, including Aloha POS. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving alcohol responsibly. Experience Previous experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or restaurant setting is preferred. Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is highly desirable. Familiarity with catering services is a plus. Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Experience in the food industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
