Bar Manager/Bartender Florida Cracker Kitchen 966 East Jefferson Street, Brooksville, FL 34601 Florida Cracker Tap Room or The Original Floridian Bar & Grill Bar Manager Approx. 40-50 hours At Florida Cracker, our team members are the most important resource we have in creating a fun atmosphere for our guests. By applying the roots of our Southern Hospitality, we will grow, strengthen, and maximize talent to the benefit of each individual and the brand. Bar Manager is responsible for the whole operation. Most importantly deliveing a great guest experience. The Bar Manager is a tipped bartending role. To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in leading people. We want you to know how to oversee the floor, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity. Back of the house management experience is helpful, as you’ll hire qualified Cooks and Wait Staff, set work schedules, oversee food prep and make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations. We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our bar & grill runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences. Need to be able to stand for long periods, work in a variety of environments, lift, load and carry up to 40 lbs. Minimum of 3 years restaurant experience, ideally in a managerial role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to understand & carry out instructions while working effectively with co-workers and managers to please guests.
