As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Must have 5 years experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system. Upsell drink specials and menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service practices are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures. Skills Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Experience in food service is preferred, particularly in a nightclub or bar setting.
