Shifts are 12 noon to 8pm or 8pm to 3am. 5718 E Adamo Drive Tampa Florida. We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, particularly in nightlife and fine dining environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by serving high-quality drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their drink choices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process orders and manage payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other bartenders to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; assist in ordering stock as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Stay informed about new drink trends, brewing techniques, and menu offerings to enhance guest experiences. Requirements Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred, especially in nightclub or fine dining settings. Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and brewing processes is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math skills for handling transactions. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
