Tampas longest smoking dive bar. Must have open availability, transportation, great personality, a PROMOTER and that has no problem being a go getter and has no problem telling customers to obey the rules or leave our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Manage the bar area efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including basic math for processing payments. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering when necessary. Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding handling hygiene and alcohol service. Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and menu offerings to enhance guest experiences. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender in a Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a busy environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team work environment Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
