As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your role is crucial in enhancing the overall dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations. Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, processing payments efficiently. Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of all patrons. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol, ensuring responsible service at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service. Stay updated on drink trends, new products, and menu changes to enhance guest experiences. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or high-volume establishment is preferred. Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings. Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers for efficient transaction processing. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling practices within the food industry. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests.
