Bartender / Cocktail Watress / Bar Backs Memo Modern Italian 10103 Montague Street, Tampa, FL 33626 Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bartender, cocktail servers and bar backs for a new upscale night life envirnment to join our team. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while serving drinks and ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests. Your ability to engage with customers, handle transactions efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized work environment will contribute significantly to our establishment’s success.

COCKTAIL SERVICE, BAR SERVICE IN A NIGHLIFE SETTING.F

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders promptly. Serve drinks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all orders are correct. Operate cash registers and POS systems for processing transactions. Handle cash and credit card payments with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling. Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the bar area and dining space. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of beverages. Support catering events as needed, providing beverage service for special occasions. Uphold all health and safety regulations while serving beverages. Experience Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and basic math skills for accurate transaction handling. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in sales or catering is a plus but not required.
