As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service, crafting delicious drinks, and maintaining a vibrant atmosphere. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, especially during events or banquets. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving guidelines. Stay informed about drink trends, new products, and menu changes to enhance guest experience. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting low stock levels. Requirements Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred, particularly in a bartending role within nightclubs or bars. Knowledge of food handling practices and cash handling procedures. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment. Basic math skills for accurately processing transactions and managing tabs. Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local regulations.
