The ideal person would be managing the staff along with some of the day to day operations of the bar. Please have at least 2 years head bartender or manager experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to food safety standards. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Train and supervise bar staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Utilize POS systems for order processing and sales tracking, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
