What You’ll Do Shake, stir, pour, and garnish with skill, crafting cocktails and mocktails that guests love Make everyone feel like a regular, even on their first visit Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized, even during a busy Saturday night Handle cash and run tabs using the Toast POS system Monitor inventory and speak up when we’re running low on key ingredients Stay current on drink trends and menu updates to enhance the guest experience Work with the kitchen team to ensure food and drinks are served smoothly What You Bring Previous bartending experience (high-volume / upscale) A solid knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks A genuine love for hospitality and making guests feel welcome Strong attention to detail, even in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling payments Familiarity with responsible alcohol service and food safety practices Perks Flexible scheduling A creative and community-driven workplace A supportive team environment Requirements Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Tampa
