Full Job Description Position Overview:
Westchase Golf Club is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Server/Bartender/Beverage Cart Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team. This hybrid role requires versatility and professionalism, as you will be responsible for providing exceptional service on our beverage cart, at the bar, and in dining areas. The ideal candidate will have previous golf club experience and live within 30 minutes of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate beverage cart on the course, providing food and drinks to golfers in a courteous and timely manner Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards Take food and drink orders from guests in clubhouse or patio dining areas Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and restocking of beverage cart, bar area, and service stations Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines Provide outstanding service and hospitality that reflects the standards of Westchase Golf Club Assist in set-up and break-down for events, tournaments, or special functions as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience working at a golf club in a similar role (beverage cart, bartender, or server) Must live within 30 minutes of the club (required) Open availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Current state-issued alcohol server permit (or ability to obtain upon hire) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor/indoor environment Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs, and operate a golf cart safely
