• We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the food industry and providing exceptional customer service in a fine dining setting.
• Duties
• Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check customers’ identification and confirm legal drinking age
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Upsell additional beverages and menu items to increase sales
• Skills
• Proficiency in bartending techniques and cocktail preparation
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips
• Excellent time management to handle multiple drink orders efficiently
• Experience in a restaurant environment preferred
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Familiarity with sales techniques to promote specials and upsell items
