We are looking to hire a Bartender for our famous Crow’s Nest Steakhouse restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a sound knowledge of whiskeys, bourbons and cocktails. Education requirements:
High School Diploma or GED certificate Experience in Bartending Serve Safe Food Handler certification (preferred)
Job Requirements:
Ability to interact constructively and cordially with guests Be able to memorize menu items, answer related questions and make menu suggestions Should possess proper wine service skills A sound knowledge of bourbon & whiskey is preferred Be able to take orders efficiently and enter them in a timely and accurate fashion in the
MICROS POS
system Ensure the timely and correct delivery of beverages to our guests Adhere to recipes and presentations for beverage items Ability to process payments accurately Willingness and ability to complete side work as required Ability to multi-task and work in a high-volume setting Maintain clean and sanitized workstations Follow health and safety guidelines Maintain stock supplies Thorough completion and documentation of assigned opening and closing procedures Assisting as directed in the set-up and / or breakdown of function areas Punctuality and consistent attendance including attendance at daily line-ups Contribute to a positive team environment
