WHO YOU ARE

Fun, easy-going, outgoing, love helping people, love life, smiley, confident, funny, love people, health-conscious, laugh a lot, genuine, love kava and plant botanicals, good under pressure, ambitious, connector, the life of the party. This is a solo gig! You must feel confident in managing the bar and its vibe during your shift. What makes this position totally unique is the ability to earn as much as you’d like, and build a community around what you love. If you love bartending and being social, are great at setting the atmosphere and keeping regulars happy, but are over the bar scene, and want to check out an alternative to alcohol and the nightlife scene, you have found the right place! RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare non-alcohol plant-based botanical beverages Interact with guests, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks with enthusiasm Use sales tactics to improve shift sales Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Able to work autonomously while upholding company standards Promote a positive atmosphere within the bar Post regularly to our social media accounts (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook) Be a valuable and responsible member of the Tribe! REQUIREMENTS

1+ year prior experience as bartender/kavatender Demonstrates a positive, outgoing attitude and with excellent communication skills to spark up a conversation with anyone Must have ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and most importantly, clean Exudes a team spirited and growth orientated mindset Proven ability to memorize recipes and mix up our tasty drinks About Us We are a health-conscious, alcohol-free, company that takes pride in being an active part in changing the world for good.
