• Greet customers and take their drink orders
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service “`Skills“` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
• Excellent customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience for guests
• Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in operating a cash register for accurate payment processing
• Knowledge of food handling procedures to ensure safety and cleanliness
• Experience in food service industry, including knowledge of drink recipes and techniques
• Ability to handle cash responsibly and maintain accurate records
• Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and managing inventory
