As our Acrylic Mixologist & Live Show Colour Creator, you’ll be the heart behind our most iconic shades — blending, swirling, and experimenting with hundreds of pigments, glitters, and textures to create custom acrylic colors that leave nail lovers breathless. This is part chemist, part artist, part performer. You’ll also help run our live scoop shows, create viral moments, and curate shade reveals that stop thumbs in their tracks.
Responsibilities:
Mix and develop custom acrylic powder shades using a massive variety of glitters, pigments, and raw materials Help design and name seasonal color collections Prepare color batches for launches, restocks, and show displays Assist in quality control, consistency, and batch testing Be an on-camera personality during our live scoop shows (think sparkle, sass, and confidence!) Collaborate with the creative team to plan jaw-dropping color drops Stay ahead of nail trends and bring fresh ideas to the table You’re Perfect for

Love color theory and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty with pigment Have a strong eye for aesthetic and design (glitter matching is a real skill!) Thrive in fast-paced, fun environments with a dash of chaos Can multitask between creativity and precision Are comfortable being on camera and engaging with a live audience Are a team player with strong communication and organizational skills
