What makes this position totally unique is the ability to earn as much as you’d like and build a community around what you love. The base rate for this role is $9 per hour plus tips. This role will be part-time with the possibility of moving into more shifts based on job performance. Bartending/Barbacking /Hospitality Team Management experience is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare non-alcohol plant-based botanical beverages Interact with guests, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks with enthusiasm Use sales tactics to improve shift sales Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Able to work autonomously while upholding company standards Promote a positive atmosphere within the bar Social media posting (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook) Be a valuable and responsible member of the Tribe! Flexibility to work at other locations occasionally preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven working experience as a bartender/kavatender/server/barista Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean Team and growth orientated Check out Kava Culture Estero on Facebook & Instagram OR stop into our location to see what our tribe and vibe are all about.
