RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare non-alcohol plant-based botanical beverages Interact with guests, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks with enthusiasm Use sales tactics to improve shift sales Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Able to work autonomously while upholding company standards Promote a positive atmosphere within the bar Social media posting (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook) Be a valuable and responsible member of the Tribe! Flexibility to work at other locations occasionally preferred
QUALIFICATIONS
