Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve tobacco products, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints promptly

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a smoking environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic understanding of retail math for cash handling purposes
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Experience in upscale lounges and/or cigar lounge setting is highly desirable. Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change.
