Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a professional, high-energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our guests. Greets guests pleasantly as they approach the bar. Maintains a clean and organized work area to maximize efficiency. Promotes proper sanitation and safety for guests and employees. Sets up the bar and back bar according to established procedures. Verifies liquor inventory. Correctly completes all requisition requirements and store stock as per approved procedures. Prepares beverages requested by customers or servers according to standard operating procedures establishing proper proportions and ingredients to control costs and provide a consistent product to the guests. Establishes method of customer payment, permits customers to run tabs with proper credentials, and completes customer payment transactions on cash register as outlined in cash and charge procedures. Follows all company policies. Maintains good personal hygiene habits. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
