Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server’s and Bartender’s to join our team. As a Server/Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and escort them to their tables
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
• Prepare bills and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food service industry preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Toast POS system is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and bill processing
• Must have Florida approved On-Premise Alcohol Sellers card
