The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. As our lead, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that all guests have an exceptional experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and conducting regular inventory checks. Assist in budgeting for bar operations, ensuring efficient use of resources while maximizing profitability. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries promptly. Supervise bar staff during shifts, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with our culinary team for special events or functions requiring beverage service. Participate in training new staff members on bar procedures, drink preparation techniques, and customer service standards. Skills Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage preparation methods. Experience in inventory control and budgeting within a bar or restaurant setting. Previous experience in casual dining or hotel environments is preferred. Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a positive team environment. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
