The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a nightclub or fine dining establishment, and possess excellent customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing exceptional service to guests, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle cash transactions will be essential in ensuring a smooth operation. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers to provide a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and cash handling. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with restocking as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol consumption. Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet events to ensure seamless service. Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, providing solutions to enhance their experience. Experience Previous bartending experience in a nightclub, banquet setting, or fine dining restaurant is preferred. Familiarity with sales techniques to promote drink specials or upsell menu items is advantageous. Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating POS systems. Strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of food service practices is a plus; certification in bartending or mixology is desirable but not mandatory.
