Job Responsibilities:

Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, beer, and wine with precision and creativity Provide friendly, engaging customer service that enhances the guest experience Maintain a clean, organized bar area, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards Operate Toast POS efficiently to process orders, payments, and manage tabs Stay knowledgeable about Pez Vela’s cocktail, wine, and food menus to make recommendations Monitor bar inventory and restock supplies as needed Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service Follow all responsible alcohol service laws and company policies

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Bartending experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person! ✔ Outgoing personality with strong customer service skills ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure ✔ Flexible availability – nights, weekends, and holidays may be required ✔ Experience with Toast POS is a plus! ✔ A passion for mixology and delivering top-notch guest experiences Ready to shake things up with us?
