Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Mariner Sands Country Club. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service by preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your main goal will be to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our members, while ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a clean and organized bar area, and to ensure that all members are satisfied with their experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role Knowledge of bartending techniques and recipes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift and carry heavy weight

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in bartending or mixology Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, according to guest requests and company standards Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations, including checking identification and monitoring guest behavior Provide excellent guest service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items and specials Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all guests are satisfied with their experience

Skills:

As a Bartender, you will use your bartending skills and knowledge to prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You will also use your customer service skills to provide excellent guest service by greeting members, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items and specials. Additionally, you will use your organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized bar area, and your communication skills to collaborate with other team members to ensure that all members are satisfied with their experience. Finally, you will use your physical skills to stand for long periods of time, lift and carry heavy weight, and perform repetitive motions.
