As a Bar Back, you support the bartending team by keeping the bar fully stocked, organized, and clean. Qualifications and Key Attributes:

Well-groomed and professional in appearance. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize quickly and effectively. Strong communication skills and a team-first mentality. Quick, efficient, and attentive to detail in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the bar and bartenders. Positive, calm, and able to stay composed under pressure. Physically able to lift and move heavy items (beer kegs, cases, etc.). Open to feedback and committed to learning and growing within the bar team.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the bar is fully stocked with all beverages, garnishes, glassware, and supplies before and during service. Assist bartenders by preparing garnishes, restocking ice, and clearing glassware. Maintain a clean, organized, and polished bar area at all times. Remove used glassware, barware, and waste, keeping the bar clear and efficient. Assist with receiving and organizing bar deliveries and inventory. Support bartenders during peak times by helping expedite service needs.
