Barback, Busser, and Food Runner Flight West 5894 Sunset Dr, South Miami, FL 33143 Barback / Runner / Busser – Miami, FL | Competitive Pay About Us Our bartenders shine with the help of solid support. We’re hiring a hardworking Barback & Runner / Busser to assist with restocking, cleaning, maintaining bar flow during service, and prepping tables. Flight West Miami is aiming to open on August 15th. We will be reviewing applications and conducting interviews through July, with the goal of onboarding our Head Chef in advance of opening to lead training and prep. Role Overview As Barback or Runner, you’ll support the bar team to keep service smooth and the bar fully stocked. Key Responsibilities Restock liquor, ice, mixers, and glassware Assist with bar cleanup and maintenance Help during rushes with support tasks Monitor kegs, coolers, and backup inventory Prepping tables for following guests Qualifications Experience as barback or in a busy service environment Strong stamina and attention to detail Team player, quick learner, and reliable Compensation Competitive pay based on experience
