Barback, Busser, and Food Runner Cru Wynwood Miami, FL 33137 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and teamwork, as you will be working closely with kitchen staff and servers to deliver an outstanding dining experience. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Assist servers in setting up tables and ensuring that all necessary items are available for guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding food orders, special requests, or any issues that arise. Support the team during busy periods by assisting with food preparation and other tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper handling procedures at all times. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Experience in the food industry, including knowledge of food handling practices. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Bartending experience is a plus for those interested in expanding their role within the team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others in a team-oriented atmosphere.
