The The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami, located at 455 Grand BayDr, Key Biscayne, FL 33149 is currently hiring a BarBack-CantinaBeach AM/PM.

Responsibilities include:

Complete opening and closing dutiesincluding setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning allequipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Check with captain orsupervisor before leaving at end of shift. Set up, stock, andmaintain work areas. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.

Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables. Maintain cleanlinessand condition of work areas, bar, bar unit, tables, and othertools, following all set-up guidelines. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures;report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager;and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform andpersonal appearance are clean and professional, maintainconfidentiality of proprietary information, and protect companyassets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to companystandards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assistindividuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuineappreciation. Speak with others using clear and professionallanguage. Develop and maintain positive working relationships withothers, and support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence toquality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull,and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds withoutassistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending,twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, or walk for anextended period of time or for an entire work shift.
