Here’s the quick lowdown on what you’ll do day-to-day: Buffs , polish and washes/cleans all glassware that is ready for service Works to always anticipate the needs of the Bartender, assisting them however necessary Removes all trash from bar area, following venue protocol for storage, handling and transportation of waste materials Provides customers with accurate information about the venue and property as well as entertainment offered in each area Requirements Here’s exactly what you need to excel in this role: The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves): Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and manually push/pull up to 150 pounds Have strong attention to details Available to work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves): Past experience in similar capacity, hotel preference preferred Has taken a Food/Alcohol Handler’s course We’ve kept it short and sweet – just the essentials you’ll need.
